Thierry Violot-Guillemard is deeply passionate about organic farming and for several years has adhered strictly to an organic code of practice, yet he believes his wines should speak for themselves and so refuses to apply for official certification.

Gravity feed, bottling without fining nor filtration all contribute to the beautifully natural character of Thierry's wines, produced on some of Pommard's choicest vineyards.
