When young Arnaud Tessier took over the 5 hectare family vineyards he quickly realized the enormous potential for quality that this small domaine had, choosing to bottling the wine himself rather than sell to the négoce.

On the evidence of his first few vintages (he began in 2006) the decision was the right one; Tessier's wines possess all the voluptuous fruit and exuberance of Meursault, though with precision, structure and balance.
