Created by Agnes Paquet in 2001, the domaine covers 9 hectares and is founded on a deep respect for the environment.

Manual working of the soil in preference to herbicides (which also serves to aerate and favour micro-biological culture), minimal spraying during the growing season and encouragement of indigenous yeasts for fermentation all contribute to the purity and vibrant, clean fruit that identifies the domaine's wines.
