Jean-Marc Millot's reputation has been built on a steady, though logical progression : vinifying his first vintage in 1990, he then acquired some small though precious Grand Cru parcels in 1998.
Finally, his move to a new cuverie in 2004 enabled him to fulfil his desire to produce rich, though restrained wines, with deliciously intense, yet beautifully fine and elegant character, all of which are bottled without fining or filtration.
