Larger than life, Emmanuel Humbert shares the domaine with his brother Frédéric, Emmanuel looking after the wine-making. What comes out of the cellar here is a most modern style of Burgundy : wines with a deep concentration of colour, robust, intense aromas, but surprisingly gentle, though powerful flavours, exuding charm, generosity and finesse ... in many ways somewhat like Emmanuel Humbert himself !
