Former Gendarme Fabrice Bouard runs the 5 hectare domaine with his wife, Carine Bonnefoy, producing their first harvest in 2006. Fabrice’s philosophy is founded on working of the soil and sustainable agriculture. Some traditional aspects of wine-making remain including a 100 year old vertical press.
An impressive array of premier crus and a natural approach to wine-making make this one of Burgundy’s new, rising stars.
