The domaine of Veronique and husband Nicolas Bernard is managed in as natural a manner as possible according to the lunar calendar and using small amounts of sulphur rather than copper.

With neither fining nor filtration, the wines are always honest representations of their vintage as each wine expresses its own personality derived from its terroir and its character fashioned by the climatic differences of the year.
